Hawthorne Library Offers Discussions For Seniors

HAWTHORNE, N.J. -- Experts in senior nutrition will be at the Louis Bay II Library Thursday, Nov. 12 to talk about how to maintain good health through eating.

The Louis Bay II Library in Hawthorne offers three talks in November, led by professionals from Christian Health Care Center, focusing on concerns for seniors.

Speakers from the Christian Healthcare Center will be at the library at 6:30 p.m. for the nutrition discussion. There will also be programs Tuesday, Nov. 17 on senior exercise, and Thursday, Nov. 19, on mental health for seniors, all at 6:30 p.m.

The library is located at 345 Lafayette Ave. and has parking onsite.
